About the role
We are seeking truck drivers to perform loading/unloading duties of waste across a range of waste streams servicing customers across the region.
Duties:
Perform loading and unloading duties of waste across a range of waste streams, which may include cooking oils, fats, septic, industrial water waste and packaged waste.
Maintain a professional image of the Company and deliver high quality customer service at all times
Operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with training, instructions or operating procedures and company regulations
Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicle and/or equipment as and when required
Ensure all tools and equipment used in the performance of work is safe to use & stored in a clean & correct manner
Drive to regional areas up to 2 days a week to perform waste collection.
Skills and ExperienceHeavy Rigid (HR) minimum
Able to work away for up to 2 days a week
Knowledge and experience in the transportation of dangerous goods, Vacuum loading
Dangerous Goods License
