The Water Metering Team Member plays an important role in the operation and maintenance of water meter assets and to ensure that accurate records are captured and maintained of Dubbo Regional Councils water meter fleet. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with specialised smart meter technology.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Installation, Operation and Maintenance of all Water Meters
Conduct quarterly water meter reads
Ensure accuracy of information captured and maintained * Ensure a high level of customer service by investigating complaints promptly and accurately

You will be interested in the water industry and have a commitment to quality customer service. You will enjoy practical, hands on work and working in both indoor and outdoor environments.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
- Knowledge of cloud base databases
- Intermediate level computer skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
- Demonstrates good communication, conflict resolution skills and experience in customer service
- Class C drivers licence
- Experience in the operation and maintenance of Water Meters
- Attractive annual salary ranging from $61,458 to $71,423 plus 11% superannuation
