This is a newly created opportunity and will provide you with the opportunity to apply your experience across a varied portfolio of projects. The position will be supported by leading professionals in the industry to develop and progress your career.The opportunity:Undertake waterproofing and weatherproofing design, field work, reporting and advisory work to ensure that technical standards are maintained.Work directly with clients to balance design and complete advisory work requirements within budget.Draft written fee proposals to clients that satisfy client and project requirements.Collect the necessary information to carry out work effectively to a specific standard ensuring client satisfaction and project completion.Adopt a proactive and responsive customer service attitude, maintain professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Required skills & Experience: Your background could be from trade, sales, or a technical background in the waterproofing of structures or from the construction industry.Project management and technical ability/knowledge across all aspects of waterproofing and weatherproofing.Excellent report writing and communication skills (written…
