The Position
Due to strong growth in NSW, the exciting and newly established position of Business Development Manager has become available. This position is a growth role, working closely with the NSW sales team and NSW Sales Manager with the aim of maintaining and significantly growing customer base and operations within the territory.
- BDM role - with exposure to managing major accounts
- Metro Sydney territory + occasional regional travel
- Manage an existing portfolio of commercial builders, tier 1 construction companies, civil contractors, marine specialists, councils and more.
- On the road position will see you working in a range of environments from the company office to job sites or presenting proposals to corporate decision makers, engineering teams, architects, and specifiers.
- Scope to work the territory autonomously, with support provided from a head office team.
- Competitive salary of $90k - $120K + super + fully maintained vehicle (Hilux or similar) or vehicle allowance.

This position will be reserved for an enthusiastic and energetic sales person with a strong background in B2B sales. The following characteristics will be highly regarded:
- A background of sales or operations within concrete remediation, waterproofing, repair or admixtures space
- Existing relationships with civil construction companies, builders and head contractors
- Ability to deal with all level of decision maker from project and site managers to engineers and C-level executives
- Proven track record of working autonomously and developing sales
- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- Ability to work within a lively and nimble team offering a huge range of services
- Excellent problem solving ability with the ability to think fast and solve customer headaches in a timely manner
