Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to create visually appealing and functional designs. As a Lead UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless and engaging user experiences.
About the role
- Design and implement visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for Web and Mobile Applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Ensure the UI design aligns with the overall brand guidelines and product vision.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
- Utilise design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and others to create and iterate on designs.
- Work with front-end developers to ensure the implementation of the design is executed accurately.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data.
- Ensure design consistency across all digital platforms in line with brand guidelines

Skills and experience
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in a similar role
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate closely with developers and other stakeholders
- Good time management skills
- Self motivated and able to work autonomously
