Duties
- Be a strategic and creative source of Web Content knowledge for State Growth by providing professional writing, editing, and proofreading services to stakeholders to deliver engaging, high quality, communications material for digital environments.
- In collaboration with Communications and other department stakeholders identify, create and curate accessible, Web Content that effectively communicates stakeholder’s services and programs using a consistent tone of voice.
- Manage the Web Content production process - including receiving and communicating internal briefs and translating data and insights effectively so high, quality content for digital environments is published across State Growth websites.
- Ensure the appropriate accessibility and search engine optimisation systems and processes are in place to create, manage, approve, distribute, Web Content, and meet copyright compliance guidelines and achieve efficiencies.
- Inspire and coach the internal and external stakeholders to encourage the development of creative, and high-quality digital content with a focus on consistency that complies with WCAG requirements.
- Quality assure and seek approval for all Web Content and ensure compliance with all government and departmental media and communications policies and processes.
