Fantastic opportunity for a Website Officer to join our Marketing and Communications Team at Diabetes Victoria. Reporting to the Digital Communications Lead, this hands-on role provides assistance with website improvements to enhance our respected brand in the health promotion landscape.
This role supports internal departments on website content and updates, as well as assisting the Marketing & Communications team to execute key marketing campaigns and projects.

About the role
The key responsibilities of this role include:
• Work with the Digital Communications Lead to migrate and update Diabetes Victoria website content etc.
• Use Adobe Suite to create digital assets.
• Action website changes/requests/update process.
• Build campaign outputs as per campaign brief as required in collaboration with Digital Communications Lead.
• Website maintenance.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
• Entry level digital communication skills
• Exposure to Orchestra website Content Management System (desirable)
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar customer relationship management tool (desirable)
• Core website administration and management skills,
Qualifications and experience
• Relevant certification and/or relevant experience in a similar role
• Previous website administrator experience (desirable)
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (desirable)
• Knowledge of prototyping/ wireframing software such as Adobe XD or Figma (desirable)
Successful candidates are required to provide two references and a cleared police check - both conducted by Diabetes Victoria.
