About the role Reporting to the Head of Global DTC e-Commerce, in this role, you will lead a team of 3 and you will own the eCommerce website experience for Penfolds.com globally, and Cellardoor.co in ANZ. You will support Penfolds' sales performance, through continuously optimising our customer and user experience through the exploitation of new features, functionalities, and contents to meet the needs of a diverse international audience while aligning with the organisation's goals and standards. Optimise the eCommerce (AUS/US) and Online (ROW/International) user experience through the development of customer journey mapping and other engagement strategies across both CellarDoor.co in ANZ and Penfolds.com globally.
