Main responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the entirety of our wedding and private event pipelines. This includes receiving the initial enquiries, understanding the client's vision of their event, putting together an adequate proposal, following up and closing the deal, organising all the necessary suppliers leading up the the event, communicating the menus and event details to the chefs and wrapping it all up with a raving review!
We are a growing company, and so you will also help us build up our wedding pipeline, reaching out to new venues, developing relationships with other planners, looking for insight into how to improve our offering and having a close pulse with what clients are looking for
As part of our growth journey, you will also help us strengthen our systems and processes - suggestions for improvements are always welcome!
We are looking for:
You will be working closely with wedding couples as clients, so experience in the wedding industry is highly preferable
Honesty, transparency and integrity are core values for us
Eagerness to join our sustainability journey - this shapes everything we do and it is essential
Love for details and high level of organisation - there are lots of variables to deal with so keeping things tidy and organised is a must
Proactivity and being ahead of the curve, anticipating potential issues and having solutions for them
Good communication skills, verbal and written
Be able to work independently and take responsibility for you pipeline
At least 2 years experience in a similar role
Knowledge / passion about the wedding industry, or otherwise experience in project management and event planning may be considered

Salary & Benefits:
Total salary range between $72,000 - $80,000, consisting of a base of $65,000 - 70,000 plus variable sales commission range estimated up to 10,000.
