Old Broadwater Farm is an iconic South West Wedding Venue located on 5 acres of private family estate close to the center of Busselton.
With over 90 weddings and events booked through the 2023 / 2024 season, we are seeking someone highly ambitious and driven that can work with our existing clientele to bring their wedding or event dreams to life.
Applicants must have prior experience in event coordination, administration and customer service. Applicants will be required to work with suppliers, internal staff, grounds staff/caretaker and external stakeholders including neighboring residents to ensure that the team is delivering on all core objectives.
Wedding Coordinator key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Providing administrative assistance to Director and Venue Manager
- Event administration including:
- Preparation of invoices through Xero
- CRM file management
- Booking external suppliers
- Ensuring all relevant forms and documents are completed
- Collating information from the client for details specific to their wedding day
- Review layout plans and order necessary hire items
- Liaise with Venue Manager for staffing requirements for each individual wedding.
- Lodging forms for external review
- Delivery of Wedding Co-ordination services including:
- Liaising directly with clients in the lead up to and on the wedding day
- Co-ordination of site visits with clients and external suppliers
- Venue set-up
- Guidance of wedding rehearsals prior to the wedding day
- Overseeing a team of casual staff
- Bump in/out of external suppliers
- Perform a hand over to the evening function manager
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout the whole wedding experience.
