About the role:
The Weighbridge Administrator is responsible for the daily administration tasks for the weighbridge, providing excellent customer service via both phone and face to face to all customers, weigh trucks in & out of site & produce weighbridge dockets for customers, preparation and reconciliation of accounts payable, daily timesheets and data entry. You will be responsible in ensuring the weighbridge continues to run efficiently to meet production targets.
This is a part time position, Monday to Friday 5.45am to 10am and you will also be required to work one Saturday or Sunday per fortnight.
Role Responsibilities:
- Weighing trucks in and out of site and producing customer dockets
- Processing payments, including EFTPOS transactions, account transactions, cash payments
- Cash reconciliation
- Processing manual delivery dockets
- Completion of driver onsite inductions
- Administration Support
- Maintain Contractor Register.
- Answering phones.
- Maintaining the purchase order register for the site.
- Reconciliation of petty cash.
- Maintain site log.
- Ensure correct PPE is always worn.
- Follow all relevant safety policies and procedures.
