The purpose of this role is to implement the Rock & Dirt Weighbridge procedures to ensure time, cost, quality, safety and all objectives for the site are adhered to.
This role will include tasks such as:
- Data entry into Service Pro
- Answer phone calls
- Directing enquiries to the appropriate department
- General day to day office tasks
- Incoming and outgoing mail/emails
- Scanning and filling documents
- Sending dockets and weighbridge reports
- Sales Enquiry’s and General sales and Delivery’s
- Cleaning of weighbridge and surrounding areas
- Clean office policy for Weighbridge office
- Checking of all incoming loads to be charged correctly
- Checking and Rejecting customer loads when they don’t meet Rock and Dirt standards
- Communication with team on site to ensure procedures are followed
To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone who:
- Has customer service experience
- Good/clear phone manner
- Computer Skills – office suite essential
- Ability to learn new computer programs
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Cash handling and EFTPOS experience
- Has knowledge of products & materials
- Ideally has weighbridge experience or experience around truck types
- Understands and adheres to EPA regulations
- Communicates high standards and expects ethical behaviour
- Has resilience
- Leads by personal example
- Keeps confidences and honours commitments of staff
