We are looking for operators with fabrication experience. Reporting to the Manufacturing Foreman you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Measuring and cutting of steel products.
- MIG welding of Mild Steel components from 2-12mm both free hand and with the use of jigs as required
- Optional - Aluminium TIG & MIG welding with occasional stainless-steel welding
- Custom manufacturing of components for automotive, trailers and other industries such as Defence
- TIG welding experience a bonus!
To be successful in this position you will need to possess the following skills and attributes:
- Have experience in MIG and/or TIG Welding
- Must have own reliable transport
- Be reliable, punctual, well-presented and self motivated
- Take pride in your work and have a right-first-time attitude
