The Well Managed Analyst is responsible for partnering with Data Performance Leads Data Portfolio Tribes to coordinate the operating rhythm across individual tribes and squads to ensure delivery of value to customers at pace. They work collaboratively across the portfolio, tribes and squads to manage & measure performance against Customer, Risk, People, Financial Discipline and Operational Resilience performance indicators.
The Well Managed Analyst is critical to making this happen and will:
Be accountable for the operating rhythm and cadences across squads & tribes
Partner with product owners & chapter leads to monitor and uplift performance at the squad and tribe level across Customer, Risk, People, Financial Discipline and Operational Resilience performance indicators
Responsible for embedding agile and lean principles and practices across the portfolio
Focus on increasing speed to outcomes while maintaining high employee engagement and quality standards

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Working knowledge of Agile, Lean and/or DevOps principles
Familiarity with risk management frameworks, and experience assessing risks and monitoring controls
Experience in gathering insights from multiple data sources
High attention to detail and data literacy skills
Degree qualifications in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Business Administration or any other related field
