AddressAt Wellineux, we are seeking a reliable and efficient Wellbeing Event Courier to support our event bump-in and bump-out processes. This role starts at 10 hours per week, with the potential for more hours based on event needs. As a Wellbeing Event Courier, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth transportation and setup of materials for our Wellbeing Events. This position requires excellent time management skills, a valid driver's license, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to understand event requirements and logistics.
- Prepare, pack, and transport materials and equipment needed for Wellbeing Events, workshops, and programs.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of event materials to client locations.
- Provide on-site support during events, addressing any logistical issues that may arise.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth event execution.
- Assist with post-event tasks, including packing up materials, inventory checks, and feedback collection.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Strong time management skills
- Comfortable with driving in the Melbourne CBD
