About the Opportunity
As part of our Conference and Events team you will play a role in both the marketing and administration associated with the sales activity of client events.
This role will range from producing contracts and proposals to marketing materials for client events. You'll be involved in event coordination through liaising with clients to determine event details and offering advice to reporting client feedback. You will prepare accurate and timely invoices and ensure RACV policies, standards and procedures are followed.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Sales, you will be responsible for:
- Diary maintenance for the Sales Manager
- Undertake administrative tasks relating to client events, advertising, campaigns, mailouts and WIPs.
- Preparation of accurate and timely quotes, booking agreements and invoices in accordance with each event’s applicable Terms and Conditions.
- Monitor all channel of enquiry from inbound calls, existing members, C&E Inbox, and internal referrals.
- Answer and screen professionally incoming telephone calls.
- Attend to sales enquiries and conduct tours of inspection on behalf of sales Managers in their absence.
- Support the Sales Team and overall business as required.
What you’ll need to be successful
- Core Computer skills including MS Office suite of products.
- Ability to quickly build a rapport and develop internal & external networks.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in written form.
- High level of personal initiative and enthusiasm.
- Manage and resolve difficult situations and member feedback.
- Exceptional attention to detail
