Deloraine
Founded in 1895, Our Lady of Mercy Catholic School is a Kindergarten to Grade 6 school that has served the Deloraine and Meander Valley community for nearly 130 years. In continuing the spirit of our founders, the Sisters of Mercy, we are committed to providing the best possible education for children that develops the whole child. Wellbeing Officer: 0.45 FTELimited Tenure: Special Project
Commencing: June 2024 - 31 December 2026
The school is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced Wellbeing Officers who are able to demonstrate a commitment to the aims and philosophy of Catholic Education.
To be eligible applicants require:
- Valid Working with Vulnerable People Registration (Tasmania)
- Current and satisfactory National Police Criminal History Check (NPCHC)
- Certificate IV in Counselling (or equivalent)
- A willingness to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated genuine commitment to the aims and philosophy of Catholic Education
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2018.
