Sodexo is looking for expressions of interest for our exciting new Wellness Coach roles. This role is FIFO Ex Brisbane or Cairns.
The role of the Wellness Coach is the most dynamic position within the Sodexo portfolio and as such, you can expect to be performing the following duties!
- Facilitation of group fitness classes
- Developing community groups within the village through social sport, health & fitness challenges, extracurricular activities and events.
- Promotion of a healthy living lifestyle though nutritional guidance, wellness initiatives, and mental health awareness programs.
- Propose, manage and execute a variety of social events
- Engage with residents from all walks of life via Wellness stalls, in person interactions and social media campaigns
What does it take to be a Wellness Coach?
- Ability to work 14 days on and 7 days off for 11 hours per day
- Ability to endure remote environment in extreme heat or weather conditions
- Certificate III & IV in Fitness (nationally recognized)
- National Accreditation as a qualified fitness instructor (e.g. Fitness Australia)
- Experience with digital marketing / social media campaigns (desirable)
- Yoga / Pilates / Nutrition certification (desirable)
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Current Manual Driver's License (Class C)
- Australian Citizenship or full Australian working rights
- Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing and police check
