We are seeking an Accountant who has 5+ years of experience working in an Australian public practice firm and who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, as well as supervising a team of less experienced Accountants.
Business ownership opportunities exist for interested candidates.

Job Summary:
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, as well as supervising a team of less experienced Accountants. Your other tasks will include the preparation of financial statements, tax returns and activity statements for Companies, Partnerships, Trusts, Sole Traders and SMSF.
You will also be responsible for the preparation of BAS returns, BAS reconciliations and other GST obligations for clients, along with undertaking compliance obligations such as payroll tax, land tax and fringe benefits tax.
Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, BGL360 and Xero Practice Manager would be ideal.
