We are looking for an experienced WHS Advisor to join our team in an active roles promoting safety awareness and fostering a culture of proactive injury and hazard prevention.
This key role will partner with stakeholders across the business to effectively develop and implement WHS programs, initiatives and strategies to ensure a safe and healthy workforce as well as identifying and addressing WHS risks and trends.
About you:
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong knowledge of WHS and Environmental legislation including Codes of Practice
- Tertiary qualifications (minimum Cert IV) in WHS and have sound knowledge of relevant standards (ISO 9001, 18001, 45001, AS 4801)
- Expertise in workplace incident investigation
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with attention to detail, while also achieving goals / deadlines;
- Current unrestricted drivers licence
- A permanent full time opportunity
