Joining the business as the WHS Manager across roughly 9 assets including their processing/packing facility,your remit will be centred around the development and execution of the site WHS strategy. With the business invested at all levels in creating a safer working environment, you will be supported by a HR and Risk function that will take ownership of the Return to Work function, allowing you to focus on day to day and strategic health and safety. What we are looking for:This role would be well suited to an established safety professional who is familiar with operational environments across manufacturing/supply chain or similar. You have had ownership of a safety function before and know how to bring about improvements at both a performance and cutlural level in OH&S. Someone who is equally capable communicating from shop floor up to senior leadership, you bring a growth mindset and want to take an organisation on a change journey.
