Description

• Drafting, reviewing, and updating wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
• Providing legal advice to clients on matters related to estate administration and distribution.
• Handling probate applications and navigating the probate process.
• Advising clients on strategies for minimising estate taxes and ensuring efficient wealth transfer.
• Resolving disputes and litigation related to Wills and Estates, when necessary.
• Collaborating with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans.
• Staying informed about changes in legislation and case law affecting Wills & Estates in the ACT and NSW.

Profile

• Minimum 2+ years experience in PQE in Wills and Estates.
• Implement a high level of attention to detail with clients and pride yourself on the quality of service.
• Strong inter-personal skills
• Excellent ability to draft legal documents and correspondents in clear and concise language
• Able to take direction from senior managers and lawyers
• Be an experienced litigator looking to take your career to the next level
• Who is comfortable presenting in court and eager to grow their skills as an advocate
