The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Estate planning, Wills preparation, Testamentary Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and preferably, experience in Grands of Probate, Letter of Administration, and estate distribution. Familiarity with estate litigation, including family provision claim, would be highly regarded.

As a successful candidate, you will demonstrate the ability to: -

- Prepare court documents
- Prepare evidence
- Draft deeds of settlement and release

- Work well under pressure and with conflicting priorities
- Have a proactive approach to management of your matters
