Our partner is an international renewable project developer with substantial experience in the development, construction, financing and operation of solar power plants.
The Role
Engage in the task of identifying prime land locations for wind projects, followed by thorough analysis and meticulous sizing to optimize project potential. Be at the forefront of renewable energy project, contributing to the development of sustainable solutions.
The Responsibilities
- Conduct capacity assessment, sizing, and layout to determine land area requirements.
- Perform wind resource data analysis and oversee Metmast installation/management.
- Develop and nurture expertise in wind (electric) energy generation equipment, including knowledge of OEMs, costs, performance, and supply chains.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation required for project permitting.
- Supervise and manage engineering subcontractors/consultants to ensure project success.
The Selection Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in wind calculations and development projects.
- 3+ years of proven experience.
- Extensive knowledge & experience with wind calculations and development projects.
- Understanding of permitting processes, regulations, and environmental considerations in wind projects.
