Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Window & Door Factory Hand/Assembler/Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, punctual, reliable, and possess a keen attention to detail. Working effectively within a factory team environment, the successful applicant will play a crucial role in fabricating and assembling door and window frames to meet our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Read and follow instructions accurately
• Utilise CNC, small machinery, hand and power tools
• Fabricate and Assemble Door and Window Frames
• Lift and move Door and Window frames
• Demonstrate initiative to overcome unexpected circumstances
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment
Requirements:
• Highly developed communication skills
• Ability to receive feedback constructively
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Previous experience in a similar role within the uPVC Double Glazing Industry (preferred)
