An opportunity has become available for a Marketing and Sales Assistant to join our growing business.
You will be instrumental in supporting the overall success and growth of Touring Solutions Australia by developing and maintaining engaging marketing content on social media platforms like Facebook & Instagram. You will also provide sales and administrative support to our internal team and our customers.
This is a newly created role that you can really make your own. You will be working remotely initially as we are in the process of securing a new office on the southside of Brisbane for our growing team.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining a social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram & YouTube).
- Developing creative and engaging content/resources for workshops within the installer network.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure content relativity within the industry.
- Developing and implementing customer engagement strategies to build brand loyalty.
- Managing social media accounts, posting updates and responding to customer inquiries.
- Developing and managing email marketing campaigns.
- Supporting the sales team to ensure prompt and effective communication through phone and email systems.
- Providing general administration support to accounts team.
- Managing Customer Relationship Management system and deliver effective sales support striving for a high conversion rate.
- Delivering key updates to warehouse on required order changes.
- Providing support to installer network on general day to day enquiries.
About you:
We are looking for someone who has industry experience or an interest in 4x4 vehicles and a self-starter who can show initiative and work independently.
Key requirements include:
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts
- Proven experience with Microsoft software (Word/Excel)
- Experience in graphic design software (Not essential but preferred)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing market trends and technologies.
- Ability to work independently/self-managed when required
