We are a bespoke WINDOW FURNISHINGS company specialising in curtains, blinds, shutters & soft furnishings. We are a family-owned business servicing the Sydney metro area, we have a position open in our installation team & are open to various levels of experience.
The successful applicant must complete a police check & hold a valid drivers licence.
Company vehicle & tools provided.
MUST HAVES:
- Current drivers licence
- A technical ability to understand how things work
- An understanding of building construction and strong fixing methods
- The ability to work under pressure and deal with customers & challenging situations
- A positive attitude and eye for detail
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- Quality customer service skills
MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installation of roller blinds, roman blinds, curtains & curtain tracks, honey cell blinds, venetian blinds, plantation shutters & external awnings
- Site inspections, check-measures and pre-installation preparation
- Manage deliveries from suppliers & storage of products awaiting installation
- Programming of motorised WINDOW FURNISHINGS
- Professional post-installation window dressing including steaming, cleaning, tie-back installation and hook adjustments etc
- Recording comprehensive job notes / post installation notes in phone app CRM system
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentability in the work environment
- Removal & disposal of existing WINDOW FURNISHINGS
