Windscreen Calibration Specialist

With new and improved technology, we’re keeping up with current trends and we’re now seeking a Calibration Technician to apply their skills by re-calibrating the vehicles camera systems once we’ve repaired the windscreen and undertaking glass chip repairs!
All training will be provided on the job, so prior calibration experience is not necessary.
All you need is an excellent attitude and a willingness to learn!

As an Automotive Calibration Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Complete Vehicle re-calibration in a timely and professional manner
• Pick up and drop off of hire cars
• Test driving vehicles prior to releasing it to the customers
• Carry windscreen repairs on a full range of vehicles
• Providing first class Customer Service to all customers to ensure that you are meeting and exceeding their expectations
• Complying with the requirements of Health, Safety & Well-being policies and procedures
• Be a valuable member of our team, contributing to our success and actively helping to create a positive environment
• Attend to any ADHOC duties when required

To be considered you will have:

• Ability to drive both Automatic and Manual vehicles
• A true passion for delivering customer service excellence
• Confident, engaging approach and a natural ability to communicate
• Ability to work independently or part of a team
• Must have excellent attention to detail
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet all deadlines
• Resilience and the ability to work in a complex and changing environment
• A strong desire to succeed
