This is on the job learning with a very supportive Team and ManagementComplete the Apprenticeship within 3-4 years and receive the full qualification from the Registered Training Organisation (RTO)You will be paid on competency and not on tenure: eg. you could be paid Level 5 after 2 years but not receive your certification. Willing to stay employed after you have completed your Apprenticeship.
