We stock Australia wide and globally to several thousand stockists including well known online retailers such as Showpo, Petal & Pup, City Beach, Runway Scout and Charcoal Clothing, to name a few.
We are a rapidly expanding team with strong company core values and a focus on redefining our industry, especially in the digital landscape of wholesale fashion. We are currently seeking a passionate Design & Product Developer to work within the design department in designing, planning and production duties. This is an opportunity to immersed in the fashion industry and utilise different skills in a fast paced environment to see the designs you helped create, come to life!
We have two in-house labels and you'll be designing and developing styles for our more trend focused brand Winnie & Co. Opportunity for career progression available and encouraged within the team.
The position is available for full time only at our Surry Hills showroom office in the heart of the Fashion Wholesale industry, conveniently located 3 minute walk from Central Station.
Annual base salary of $70-80k plus Superannuation (based on experience) and our company believes in rewarding for high performance. We offer generous weekly, monthly and yearly bonuses/incentives when targets are achieved, as well as benefits of monthly wardrobe allowance to keep you looking stylish!

About this role:
- Developing styles based on trends and forecasting
- Liaising with China based designers for weekly fitting sessions
- Selecting fabrics for all samples
- Print development
- Update weekly release plan for new arrivals
- Range planning
- Processing floor stock orders
- Assisting in placing customer production orders
- Producing reports on stock deliveries and best sellers/slow sellers
- Tracking customer production orders
- Updating seasonal plans across different brands
Who are we looking for?
- Ability to multi task and be an all-rounder
- Possess good eye for detail and design
- Good understanding of garment fitting and design processes
- Able to speak Chinese and have excellent communication skills with China based team
- Be self- motivated, positive and enthusiastic
- Proficiency with Adobe Indesign preferred
- Demonstrate great organisation, planning and time management skills
- Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude
- Able to work independently
You are required to have at least 1-2 years of design planning or buying experience.
