- Attached to the local hospital, we are a bustling Medical Practice dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services to our community.
- Our range of services includes chronic health disease management, women's health, men's health, skin cancer screening, skin aesthetics, and immunizations.
- With two dedicated doctors and three skilled receptionists, our team is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Due to increasing demand, we are preparing to recruit an additional doctor to our practice.
Remote Practice Manager Role: As our Remote Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in organizing the practice and optimizing patient flow, all from the comfort of your own home. Key responsibilities include:
- Proficiently managing Best Practice software remotely to streamline operations.
- Sound knowledge of Medicare billings and claims, with the ability to address unpaid billings effectively.
- Familiarity with PRODA registration for practice and doctor incentives.
- Training and mentoring staff in their roles and ensuring they understand billing processes.
- Handling DVA and private billings via Tyro.
- Managing the rest of the staff, addressing staff and patient complaints/feedback.
- Managing staff contracts and rosters on a fortnightly basis.
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth practice operations.
