About the role
The role has strong relationships with its customers and collaborates with key internal and external partners to deliver timely, efficient services and advice to support customer needs and meet service delivery requirements.

This unit provides direction on service delivery strategies, learning and organisational development solutions, employee engagement programs, culture change strategies and assisting with the implementation of key organisation policies to deliver continuous improvement in health safety and wellbeing across the department.

Key Knowledge and experience
- Preferred experience in a Work Health and Safety related field
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential requirements of the role
- Current and valid driver's license and an ability and willingness to travel between work sites
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the values of public education.
