Work Health Safety Advisor - Part time temporary Your new company Your new company is a NSW healthcare union looking for an experienced Work Health Safety professional for an initial assignment of 3 months with the potential to extend. This role is approximately 3 days per week with hybrid working arrangements. Your new role Your new role is responsible for supporting Work Health Safety specialising in Worker's compensation, to support the HR team during a restructure and project:
Managing workers' compensation cases across all areas with specific focus on psychosocial safety
Liasing with employees, executive management, insurers and brokers
Creating a tracking system and/or reporting on fit for work certificates
Assisting the team with reviewing Work Health Safety policies
Give ideas for process improvements
Analysing cases
What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed, you will ideally:
Have significant experience in Work Health Safety and Workers compensation
Have excellent attention to detail, reporting and communication skills
Be available to start immediately
