- Responsible for Week 0 Work Management execution
- Engages Offshore Technicians to conduct week 1 permits prior to scheduled execution date
- Daily review of TECO Work Orders for completeness
- Week 0 Work Order Reconciliation and Performance review
- Generates weekly Work Management Performance Report
- Provides feedback on Week 0 and Week 1 plans
- Maintains weekly and 90-day Capacity updates in 1SAP
- Leads Notification review and Approval meetings
- Leads daily Work Execution After Action Review meting
- Assist with breakdown planning within week 0 (PM03). Liaise with Engineering Teams, Site Planners, Vendors, Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistic Teams in executing break-in work.
- Generates Repair and Return Work Orders
- Delivers INF (Insufficient Notification Management (Sourcing Materials / Quote / Liaising with Vendors / service Providers)
- Ensures Work Management activities are managed and executed in accordance with company standards for Safety and Maintenance
- Proactively seeks and works to implement improvements to the Planning and Work Management process
- Ensures effective coordination across multiple stakeholders, including HSE, Operations, Engineering, Supply and Finance
- Daily Management and Coordination of Scaffolding and Lifting Activities.
- 10+ years of relevant oil and gas experience required
- Experience with SAP Work Management Required
