Key Responsibilities:
- To identify, attract and maintain Specialist Medical Referrers to Clinipath Pathology
- To grow Clinipath Pathology’s Specialist referrer market share in WA
- To develop and implement marketing strategies to ensure new and ongoing relationships with the Specialists.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrated, advanced skills in relationship management, sales, and marketing within the health services sector.
- Strategic thinking ability with proficiency in negotiation and influence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a passion for success.
- Knowledge of the private pathology sector is a strong asset.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Science, Pharmacy, Business, or related fields are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Flexibility regarding working hours and days.
