You will oversee a package of work within the broader transformation program. Your primary responsibility will be to design strategic solutions that align with objective of the Work Package, leveraging your expertise in change management to ensure smooth implementation. Your role will span from initial framing and designing solutions design to planning and project managing implementation.This role offers a 6 month duration working a Monday to Friday roster. Centrally located in beautifully appointed offices in Central Park - Perth, CBD.Key Responsibilities will include:Reporting to the Project Manager, New Project Development, some of the accountabilities of the role will include:Problem Definition: identify challenges the Work Package addresses in the transformation context through analysis and stakeholder insights to grasp root causes and implicationsSolution Framing: Outline potential approaches that align with strategic goals, defining high-level strategies and frameworks.Solution Design: Develop detailed solutions within the Work Package, creating processes, technologies, or organisational changesImplementation Planning: Assess proposed solutions' potential effects on stakeholders to understand change implications, plan mitigation strategiesImplementation Support: Provide active guidance during execution by project-managing activities, monitoring progress, and addressing issues to ensure aligned and effective delivery of Work Package outcomes.Skills & Experience Required:To be successfully considered for this role, you will possess the following capabilities:An outstanding problem solver: You are highly structured and analytical.
