AddressAs a Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant, you'll provide financial planning and analysis solutions that help organisations use Adaptive Planning's integrated, cloud-based tools.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their planning needs and design models in Adaptive Planning.
- Recommend tailored solutions based on client requirements, budget, and timeline.
- Configure and demonstrate planning prototypes.
- Provide ongoing support and ensure smooth transitions to Adaptive Planning.
- Mentor colleagues and assist with sales activities.
- Participate in training and share knowledge
- Ability and willingness to travel
Qualifications:
- Existing and current Adaptive Planning Certification
- 3 years + experience implementing Adaptive Planning with a certified Workday implementer or other FP&A solution (Oracle Planning Cloud, Hyperion, Anaplan etc)
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Experience with pre-sales and sales activities are beneficial
- Proven experience as a Workforce Planning Specialist or similar role, with specific expertise in Workday.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in workforce planning methodologies, statistical analysis, and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
