Our client is seeking an experienced Workflow Coordinator to join their team in Melbourne where you'll be at the forefront of promoting and implementing efficiency-enhancing processes within a fast-paced, fixed fee litigation environment.

The Role:
You will play a crucial role in supporting the wider team through the systematic management of the firm’s administrative functions. This will include:
- Improving process efficiency
- Training new starters
- Liaising with stakeholders
- Technical support for systems (e.g., Bundledocs, Caseflow)
- Handling file management and archiving
- Providing leave coverage and updating precedents
- Generating reports and managing team administration
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following:
- Legal Process Knowledge: Understand litigation procedures and laws relevant to the jurisdiction
- Administrative Proficiency: Skilled in file management, archiving and leave management etc.
- Technical Competence: Familiarity with document management systems, databases, and troubleshooting
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with courts, suppliers, and team members
- Flexibility and Problem-Solving: Ability to handle ad hoc tasks, adapt to changes, and propose solutions for process improvement
