Workflow Specialist | Minchinbury

  • Shift Pattern: Sunday - Wednesday, 3am - 1pm

What you'll do

  • Ensure efficient order workflow within the Woolworths Systems (i.e. SAP to WMS to Vocollect) to provide a finished product for the DC Operations team.
  • Map out the flow of work throughout the DC to ensure that the order selection teams have continuity of work and the allocation of store orders in the dispatch plan.
  • Daily usage of the Woolworths System (i.e. WMS, TACTICS, SAP) & Excel programs for order flow
  • Allocation of loads to ensure the efficient use of floor space
  • Take full responsibility for customer experience by supporting the end to end customer service process and compliance with all company procedures.

What you'll bring

  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes and system proficiency
  • Experience in planning, prioritisation and problem solving within supply chain / warehouse environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset & ability to map out processes
  • Passion for customer experience and improvement
  • Able to work with different priorities and tight deadlines; comfortable with multitasking
  • MS Excel skills or Google Suite equivalent
