We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Workforce Centre Manager in Canberra.
This hands-on position requires someone with a passion for people, a knack for recruitment, and a keen eye for business management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of the ACT operation, overseeing both temporary and permanent recruitment activities.
- Business management of the overall ACT office, focusing on profitability and operational efficiency.
- Building and nurturing client relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the team to meet recruitment targets and exceed client expectations.
- Staying abreast of market trends and industry developments to drive innovation and growth.
Ideal Candidate:
- Genuine care for people and a commitment to fostering long-term relationships.
- Previous experience as a Temp Manager within the hospitality industry is highly advantageous.
- In-depth understanding of the broader hospitality industry, including market trends and customer expectations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, leading by example with a hands-on and proactive approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, managing high volumes with precision and efficiency.
