As a Workforce Planner you will partner with the Residential Managers to coordinate an effective workforce and talent acquisition plan and ensure excellent stakeholder and candidate experience. Provide expert advice on acquisition strategies and ensure candidate quality. Act as the liaison between the Business Units and the Support Services Teams including the Internal Talent Teams and Service Delivery.
What you will bring to the role

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Skilfully identify problems, analyse root causes, and generate effective solutions.
- Strong computer literacy in MS Office suite applications, and modern HRIS systems
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or commensurate experience in related field.
- Proven experience in Recruitment, Talent Management and Stakeholder Management.
- Expertise in Job Evaluation techniques preferred but not essential.
- An ambitious nature, positive attitude, and willingness to develop new skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
Your responsibilities will include.
- Liaise with managers to develop a workforce plan and monthly rolling recruitment forecast, including proactive areas of a talent pool.
- Communicate workforce plan and forecast with Internal Talent Team.
- Coach Managers in appropriate recruitment process and upskill Managers in recruitment interviewing techniques.
- Work with the Internal Talent Strategy Manager and team on appropriate attraction strategies for challenging roles including effective advertising, sourcing, and building talent pipelines.
- Working with hiring managers and HR team to ascertain business needs, both current and ongoing - (pipeline, workforce planning requirements).
- Ensure job offer process including onboarding, document management and following company process is expediated in a timely manner.
- Ensuring hiring managers provide a clear brief for Internal Talent Team. Review job briefs in relation to vacancies and collaborating with the hiring managers and HR team to ascertain business needs, both current and forecasted.
- Ensure all roles have a current PD aligned with Workday and that new positions have been reviewed and sized appropriately.
- Working with internal talent team or Agencies to ensure timeliness of recruitment and good candidate care.
- Build/preparing interview guides for each role if none exist.
