About the role:
As the Rostering & Workforce Planner you will be responsible for ensuring the business delivers the appropriate level of cover for over 100 sites. Whilst also making sure it’s the most cost-effective solution.
You will be required to:
- Coordinate daily scheduling and tasks for site works to optimise productivity and efficiencies
- Manage labour according to Enterprise Agreements whilst adhering to operational excellence
- Monitor and recommend improvements to the schedule
- Manage Roster changes
- Ensure compliance with key management requirements
- Process enhancement and improvements
- Ensure site training is up to date and completed
About you:
- Exceptional attitude, communication and interpersonal skills you will be dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Customer centric individual keen to help the customer or client at all times.
- High attention to detail, great organisational skills and must be able to work to tight deadlines
- Previous experience working within Rostering, ideally in plane, ferry or trains
- Fast learner with complex systems
