Form of workALG is currently recruiting for a fantastic contract working as a Workforce Planner with our client based at the Mascot Airport. This is an ongoing casual contract offering full time hours Monday to Friday, and the potential for permanency should you excel in the role.
The role involves developing and implementing workforce planning strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels and skill sets are maintained to meet operational demands and regulatory requirements, including processing leave applications, managing payroll entries, updating rosters with Excel, and participating in project meetings.
Duties include:
- Liaison with management, engineering leadership and staff from other ports
- Processing leaves applications
- Direct staff admin entry into the payroll system via Oracle
- Roster/excel direct update.
- Attending project and team meetings/taking minutes
- While staff parking is available, considering the work hours, train transportation is often utilized by administrative staff.
To be considered, you will require one of the following:
- Strong attention to details, ability to multi-task and good communication skills and
- Full working rights in Australia
- Willing to undergo a background security check (ASIC)
- Willing to comply with medical requirement (drug/alcohol)
- Determinate or resilience in maintaining their position or stance.
- MS suite with an excellent grounding in excel/cell update/pivot
