Your new role
The role entails leading the workforce & skills team with adept management, supervision, and leadership to deliver top-notch services to both internal and external clients, while ensuring compliance with company standards and contracts. Additionally, the Workforce & Skills Manager will support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operational performance across departments and will embody the company's purpose, mission, values, and goals through exemplary leadership.
- Recognised management, training, or related qualifications
- Familiarity with National and Northern Territory VET sector
- Skilled at engaging diverse industry groups and resolving complex issues
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective team management and leadership skills
- Experience in performance management frameworks
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to drive change and achieve results
- Proactive leader with strong time management skills
- Willingness to travel interstate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and client databases
