THE OPPORTUNITY
The Workforce/Roster Administrator is responsible for supporting the delivery of the Student Services Branch service catalogue by utilising data, insights, trends and operational knowledge to provide high quality scheduling, rostering, reporting and modelling of current and future resource allocation in maximising the effective and efficient use of the workforce against key performance metrics.
ABOUT YOU
You will be maintaining a rostering database that accurately records resource availability and allocations and provides insights in optimising roster effectiveness and customer service. Generating data reports that positively contributes to improving ongoing resource allocation (peaks and troughs), balancing work life needs of staff and improving performance and effectiveness. Also, navigating multiple team operational priorities and requirements in presenting a holistic resource plan.
