Working Student Operations Assistant (f/m/d)

Your role:

• Project support: Assist in ongoing delivery projects, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Daily operations support: Aid daily activities at our Upplands Väsby Delivery Center.
• Technical service coordination: Handle technical inquiries, problems, and service activities efficiently.
• Customer visit planning: Strategically plan and execute customer visits for service and project needs.
• Quality documentation: Manage quality processes and provide quality documentation according to medical device directives.

You're the right fit if:

• Are currently studying Biomedical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering degree.
• Are interested in Medical Devices or diagnostic technologies.
• Understand technical complex systems.
• Communicate well in Swedish & English and find it easy to connect with people at all levels.
• Are at least one year available and you can do a part of your work in the office.
