Workplace Experience Manager

Join Our Team as a Workplace Manager!

We are seeking a dynamic Workplace Manager to play a key part in driving and supporting Workplace Projects and initiatives. Reporting directly to the Senior Workplace Manager, you will collaborate with both the Workplace Centralised Project team and embedded Workplace team members to spearhead a variety of workplace initiatives and projects. This includes programs dedicated to enhancing space utilization and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Financial Oversight:

• Monitor Project Budget and Costs to ensure on-budget delivery.
• Obtain necessary approvals for budget adjustments.
• Drive the achievement of all contract KPIs where applicable.

Operations Workplace Solutions:

• Develop and deliver change and communications programs based on the Workplace Change Methodology.
• Coordinate with Workplace Team members, contractors, and consultants for an integrated project delivery model.
• Support organizational and operational teams impacted by Workplace project activities.
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Workplace Solutions' service and product range, promoting and introducing new products when opportunities arise.

Design and Space Planning:

• Provide space planning solutions based on user requirements.
• Prepare detailed presentation and information packs for review.
• Coordinate RFI responses and contribute to cost and value management activities.
• Maintain plans and drawings for clients and internal account teams.

Experience:

Essential:

• At least 5 years' experience in Design, Space Planning, Workplace, Property, or Facilities Management roles.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and change programs.
• Proficient in workplace design, stakeholder requirements briefing, design and space planning methodologies, and development of design documentation and guidelines.
• Highly proficient with design-related software, including CAD.
• Ability to confidently engage with stakeholders, with experience in senior stakeholder relationship management and contract management of consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Quick response to change with a flexible and innovative approach.
• Highly proficient in applications including Word, Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint.

Desirable:

• Experience in an integrated services and property model, delivering Property Management, Facilities Management, and Project Management services.
• Demonstrated experience in relationship management with external clients and contractors, with a focus on identifying and building key client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline such as Project Management, Change Management, Business, Communications, or Design.
