About the Role
As a WHS Consultant, you will be responsible for project management and delivery of WHS proposals and advisory engagements. Your role will involve providing Health and Safety support, conducting audits, delivering training, and offering strategic advice to clients. Additionally, you'll play a key role in marketing and business development activities, drafting proposals and reports, and effectively communicating with clients and potential clients on relevant matters.
Key Requirements
- Solid WHS management and/or consulting experience, including some exposure to Worker's Compensation
- Prior experience in a variety of workplaces is desirable
- Expertise in reviewing and developing WHS system frameworks, strategies, procedures, and processes
- Formal tertiary-level qualification in WHS, Mental Health, Psychology, or related disciplines
- Accredited/Certified Auditor in ISO 45001/ISO 45003
- Strong relationship management skills, collaborating effectively with the broader team
- Ability to skillfully present complex messages using various media methods
- Effective presentation and public speaking skills to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholders
