The Role:

Menzies is seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a Work Health and Safety Officer. In this exciting role, you will gain valuable experience working alongside a dedicated team while contributing to a positive safety culture within the organization.

What you will bring:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills, including the ability to liaise and interact effectively with people from a diverse range of educational and cultural backgrounds.
  • High level computer literacy skills to ensure collection and recording of information meets professional standards, including, use of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • High level of initiative, sound judgment, prioritisation of work, working under pressure with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to complete tasks to deadline with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to analyse and resolve problems.

The benefits:

  • Base Salary $88,054 - $94,618 per annum (Total remuneration package including superannuation $111,604 - $119,087 per annum).
  • Generous leave provisions including 6 weeks annual leave.
  • Salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum and $2,650 meal and entertainment card tax free.
