We're seeking a proactive individual to support our office operations and ensure health and safety regulations compliance.
Responsibilities:Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating technician assignments.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Health & Safety Compliance
- Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Organize safety training sessions for employees and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Investigate accidents or incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Documentation and Record-Keeping
- Keep accurate records of safety-related activities, including incident reports, inspections, and training documentation.
- Ensure all required permits, licenses, and certifications are up-to-date and accessible.
- Assist with maintaining compliance documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration or a similar role is preferred.
- Previous experience in health and safety regulations and practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
